The flat is basically a flat (! :) for 2 - 4 persons, sharing a bathroom with a shower and a bath tub, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV. ‘The Flat’ consists of two rooms, the bathroom and a common area, where you have an ‘american’ kitchen, enough space to hang out and a huge terrace with a nice view. A small lift helps to get into the 4th floor. There are 4 separate beds in the two bedrooms, if you want to stay there with more than 4 persons you can use the sleeping couches in the main room, which is possible on request and intended for famiies with kids.. For a couple or a group of party people it's great, if you want to stay here for a few days or even weeks it will be your new home. Please ask for weekly rates starting from 700 €.

sheets and towels are included. breakfast is 3 €
